Which 3D file formats can I send for printing?
We accept .STL, .OBJ, .3MF, and .STEP files. You can upload them directly via our website Instant Quote tool or send them via WhatsApp or email.
Which 3D printing materials do you offer?
We offer PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU (Flexible Rubber), ASA (UV Weatherproof), and Nylon in a wide variety of colors including Black, White, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, and Grey.
Do I need to provide my own 3D design file?
Not necessarily! If you have a ready 3D file, you can upload it. If you only have a sketch, photo, or broken physical part, our team can create a custom 3D CAD model for you.
What is your usual turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the model size and quantity. Standard small to medium orders are typically printed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
How are custom order prices calculated?
Pricing is calculated based on filament weight (grams), print time, chosen material type, layer resolution, and infill density. We also offer fixed prices for pre-designed store products and bulk discounts.
What delivery and payment methods do you support?
We provide Local Pickup/Delivery in Hoppers Crossing, Melbourne VIC, as well as Nationwide Australia and International shipping. Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer and Secure Online Payment.
